Payment conditions
At the time of booking a reservation a payment of 30% of the total price by bank transfer is requested. In case you book a few days before arrival our system requires your credit card details only as a guarantee (kind of card, holder, expiry date).
Cautional deposit
At the moment of the arrival a 200 € deposit will be retained and then returned before the departure after investigation of the flat. The cooking angle cleaning remains responsibility of the guest. If requested it will cost 50 €.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation more than 3 days before arrival the Company will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total amount. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival the full amount of the price will be charged. |
